Sales Person - Full Time

Plaza Cadillac is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and organized self-starter to become an integral part of our sales team. If you believe sales is an art built on charisma, communication, and thorough product knowledge, we want to talk to you!

Job Responsibilities

• Understand our product and competitor product
• Develop a well-rounded understanding of the automobile industry
• Stay up to date on product knowledge
• Provide potential customers with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
• Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Maintain a customer database
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for successful sales to be processed
• Maintain reporting structures, record sales, and update inventory on our CRM software
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
• Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional display
• Auto Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Drivers license (Required)

Skills/Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma
• Proven track record in motor vehicle sales
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service and negotiation skill
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus

Auto Technician - Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Using manual and computerized diagnostic methods to identify potential problems in a car
• Explaining mechanical problems and possible solutions to clients
• Planning work and testing procedures using charts, experience and other organizational methods
• Testing parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
• Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
• Performing basic automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires
• Repairing or replacing worn, old or defective parts of a car
• Repairing or modifying a car to a client's specifications, if possible
• Drivers (Required)

Experience

• Auto Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certifications (Ford, GM, etc) very valuable
