Dear Plaza Cadillac Customers,
I have been monitoring the continued development of the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC recommendations closely, and I am ensuring that we are taking the appropriate measures to keep you and our Plaza Cadillac team safe.
Safe and reliable transportation is essential, so our dealership remains open for business for sales and service. Many Americans need to purchase or repair vehicles to get to their jobs in other essential industries such as healthcare as well as be able to travel for essential needs, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical appointments.

It is our goal to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of our loyal customers. We will work with you to provide you with what you need in a way that makes you feel safe and comfortable. In order to do this, we are sanitizing our facilities throughout the day and have implemented social distancing guidelines. You also have the ability to stay home through both your purchase and service process through our programs:
- Take a one-on-one virtual tour of any Cadillac vehicle with Cadillac Live. Our agents will be able to give you an up-close look at our vehicles and answer any of your questions.
- Shop for and purchase a vehicle completely online through our website with Shop. Click. Drive. You can also request a test drive at home before you sign the final documents at delivery. We will deliver your new vehicle to you.
- We offer Premium Concierge Service so that you don’t have to step foot in the dealership to have your vehicle serviced. We will pick up your vehicle before your appointment and deliver it to you when maintenance is complete. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all medical personnel, first responders, and other essential workers for your commitment and sacrifice during this time. I am inspired to see our communities coming together to fight this pandemic. You truly show us that we are all in this together.
